ORGANIC BROWN RICE SYRUP
Suzanne's Specialties Brown Rice Syrups are gluten-free and hypoallergenic. They are excellent humectants and flavor enhancers, adding sweetness, but no flavor of their own. Brown Rice Syrups are all-natural sweeteners produced by culturing cooked rice with enzymes. The product is roughly 50% soluble complex carbohydrates, 45% maltose, and 3% glucose. The glucose, maltose and the complex carbohydrates provide a steady supply of energy to the body.

ORGANIC AGAVE SYRUP
Suzanne's Specialties Organic Agave Syrup (also called agave nectar) is an all-natural sweetener produced in Mexico from several species of agave. The syrup is prepared from juice extracted from the wild agave cactus, is then filtered to remove insolubles and is finally concentrated to yield a sweet syrup with a neutral flavor. Agave syrup helps to prevent crystallization, retain moisture and inhibit bacterial growth in foods. It is sweeter than honey and less viscous.

ORGANIC BARLEY MALT SYRUP
Our Organic Barley Malt Extract is an excellent flavor enhancer, especially when combined with grains. It is produced by steeping organic barley in water and allowing the naturally present enzymes to convert the starches into soluble sugars. This syrup is then concentrated to produce the thick extract of malted barley.
